Documents, which must be complete:

• Copy of passport (both partners)
• Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
• Copy of decree absolute if you have been married before
• Copy of passports of two witnesses (we can be your witnesses)
• Copy certificate of marriage from minister of religion
• Widows and Widowers must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse.
• Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form
• 8 photograph size 4 x 6 ( the groom on the right-hand side)
• Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalised by representative embassy or consulate in Bali / Indonesia, certifying that there is no objection to the couple getting married in Indonesia.
• All the documents should be forwarded to us before the wedding via post, email or fax

• Pick up service to the consulate located in Bal
• Two flower girls in Balinese costume including the flower petals
• Balinese ring stand and welcome board with fresh flowers decoration

The above price excluding:

• Administration fee to the Embassy / Consulate (for overseas who will apply the CNI - letter of no impediment to marry in Indonesia)
• Legalization the certificate of Marriage to the Embassy, Ministry of Foreign Affair and Ministry of Law and Human Right of Indonesia (if any)
• Delivery service fee (if the document not done yet before leaving)
